Project Lead, 9 months in Malmö, Onsite

Description:  
Our smart service App analyses energy consumption 24/7. We are live with the service and continuously evolving it with new and exciting features. 

The IT Project Leader will focus on the IT parts. The business side also has a project group. Close and well-functioning collaboration is essential and a success factor.
Understand what´s needed from an IT perspective to realize the roadmap, and in parallel, ensure that operational service is running smoothly with a customer-centric focus.
The role includes planning, overseeing project decisions, motivating the people, setting up a strategy for the proposed project and drive IT related activities with a strong focus on deliverables, value, quality and our customers.
Planning and supervising task may also include IT resources outside the team from time to time.

Competence requirements: 
Must have:

• 5 years or more experience as IT project lead or similar roles.
• Good understanding of IT development and technical parts.
• Able to make IT specific plans for achieving project objectives, may also include IT resources outside the team.
• Formulating IT project's objectives and scope.
• Motivate team to reach objectives and to complete their assigned tasks efficiently.
• Work in a collaborative and honest way with all team members.
• Should be able to deal with challenging situations promptly and effectively.
• Evaluate performance and metrics in relation to budget and delivered value.
• Foster a spirit of teamwork among team members in favor for individual outputs.
• Be responsive to opinions from teammates, feedback to the team and to individuals is essential.
• Ensure that every person's efficiency and participation in the team's achievement can be evaluated.
• Stakeholder management and communication, reporting and documentation is a part of the role.
• Keeping track of the progress of the work, that IT or the team is involved in.
• Maintaining the team's attention on the task and progress toward its completion.
• Budget, activity and resource planning. 
• Understanding of Agile way of working, development team is using Scrum.

Nice to have:
Experienced in managing App development projects and or teams.
Earlier worked within the energy sector.
