Role:
- Work with the Product and Engineering Managers and take primary responsibility in conceptualizing and developing the user journey for the referral program.
- Design and deliver high-quality mockups and prototypes for website and app development, ensuring an optimal user experience.
- Work with team to conduct user research to gather first hand user insights.
- Utilize user feedback and data to inform and iterate on design choices.
- Maintain a user-centered design approach, advocating for user needs and preferences throughout the product development process.
Essential requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in UX design, specifically with customer-facing digital products.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a history of creating effective user-centered design solutions.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a proven ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
- A critical thinker with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Experience with user experience research and automotive industry is a plus.
- Design experience with referral programs or loyalty programs is a plus.
