Role:As a Senior UX Designer within the team, you'll help grow, expand and improve, developing a deep understanding of the users’ needs and pain-points. You'll use those insights to imagine creative solutions that balances the needs of the customers and product teams in an elegant way, through developing Figma libraries and documentation.
Essential requirements:
- You’ve been designing for 6+ years for a consumer-focused tech company, so you understand what it takes to create elegant, consumer-oriented experiences.
- You have a high-level understanding of web development and the specific constraints of designing for the web.
- You have prior experience working on design systems for a medium-to-large organisation.
- You’re an analytical systems thinker, crafting creative solutions for complex design problems at scale.
- You have a solid understanding of accessibility best practices.
- You are a versatile designer who uses a full range of skills — product design, interaction design, and visual design — to ensure you deliver magical experiences to the customer.
- You’re a strong communicator. Who can inspire teams towards action and empathy for the user.
- You are a strong collaborator, who can work with not only design patterns, but many other stakeholders from marketing to engineering.
