Role:We need one or perhaps two consultants, who shall provide legal expertise for DORA and negotiation skills. We need help from someone to lead the renegotiations with our suppliers of ICT service agreements in comparison with the DORA requirements and make necessary adjustments to achieve compliance.
Essential requirements:
  • Knowledge and experience of IT agreements and contract negotiations.
  • Knowledge and experience of DORA
  • Can work independently but will be in close collaboration with the legal counsels at Group Procurement.
  • Degree in law, jur.kand or equivalent.
  • Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently
