Role:We are seeking a senior Business Analyst and Project Manager who has experience in conducting market fit analysis, business process mapping, user and business requirements elicitation to user stories, and managing a project to rollout a business application across global markets. Experience working and driving projects within a cross-functional set up is critica
Essential requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CBAP) preferred.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst and Project Manager, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and technical specifications.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Solid understanding of business processes, systems, and industry best practices.
- Experience in Agile development methodologies is a plus.
