Role:Articulating short- and long-term vision of the Trade Product to the team and relevant stakeholders, roadmap, and content presentations.Leading the team and helping to prioritize, decide and refining the stories in the Team Backlog including defects and enablers.Maximizing consumer value by owning and deciding upon priorities in the product backlog from a business perspective to streamline the execution, while maintaining technical integrity of the features/components for the team.Ensuring the end-to-end operations of the product.Collaborating with the team and architects to ensure state of the art technical solutions.Coordinating projects/content dependencies with other Product Owners.Collaborating with external partners and vendors.
Essential requirements:
- Genuine interest in software development
- Experience of Supply Chain and preferably global trade.
- Experience of IT solutions and/or supply chain processes, preferably within Trade in connection with Inbound, Outbound and Aftermarket.
- Previous experience as a Product Owner or Project manager or equivalent role.
- Experience of leading SaaS vendors and in-house development teams.
- Ability to understand Supply Chain data models.
- Proven experience in ITIL processes.
- Experience from data integration (MQ, API etc).
- Excellent at communication, presenting and relationship building with teams and global stakeholders.
- Experience of using software development tools such as Azure Devops.
