Performance Manager

The client is a world-leading safety and security solutions partner. Performance Management is a team of approx. 20 organized people, divided into the Project Management Office (PMO), Global Sourcing, and Performance Management, with a focus on turning opportunities into execution and results.

Tasks:

Working very close with VP Performance Management and Group CIO in reporting and preparing various forums such as Internal Quarterly Business Reviews, Audit Committees, IT Management Meetings and other decision boards and councils. Drive the coordination of these meetings, guide other parts of organization on their reporting, track financials together with Finance function.

Performance Management

Drive, track and consolidate OKRs and KPIs within the IT organization. Support leaders in their target reporting. Analyze opportunities and support the creation of business cases. Track and report on value delivery.

Qualifications & Background

Excellent PowerPoint skills with proven track record, Financial understanding and strong analytical skills, Experience from working with Senior Executives in International Organization. Fully fluent in English and Excellent Swedish Communication and presentation skills.
