Senior SAP HCM Consultant

🔸 Ework is looking for experienced SAP HCM Consultant with ability to understand client requirements and advise them on the best solutions using SAP Technology to join our American client, a global provider of end-to-end IT services 🔸

📌Job location: Remote from Poland / hybrid from Wrocław or Warsaw

📝 Project Description:
You will be part of the SAP HCM team providing support and maintenance activities to newly acquired customer of our American client. On a day-to-day basis, Contractor will be expected to proactively monitor and support business critical SAP systems, particularly within the scope of the SAP PT module, which is linked to an SAP ECC system.

💼 Main Resposibilities:

• Bring functional knowledge & experience in SAP HCM PT: configuration, testing, support ticket handling, etc.
• In an initial phase, read through existing documentation & join Knowledge
• Transfer sessions with customer

💻 An ideal candidate profile:

• Senior SAP consultant with approx. 4+ years of experience in SAP HCM PT
• Support and Delivery experience across multiple SAP HCM modules, but at minimum SAP HCM PT
• SAP HCM PY will be advantage
• Good “Consulting” skills – presentation and client facing skills
• The ability to understand client requirements and advise them on the best solutions using SAP Technology
• Experience/Knowledge across numerous industry sectors, in particular public sector
• Mentoring and coaching more junior members of the HCM team
• Good communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills and problem solver
• Team Player and ability to be flexible and adaptable
• Fluent English
