🔸 Ework is looking for a Business Systems Engineer with strong Nintex SharePoint administration experience to help our Scandinavian client in managing the applications in company IT 🔸

📝 Project Description:
As a Systems Consultant, you will play a vital role in managing the applications in company IT. You will primarily work with our workflow automation applications; DocuSign and Nintex, and moreover you will be responsible for other smaller applications. DocuSign and Nintex are essential tools to ensure the management of our contract and HR processes. Therefore, you will collaborate closely with Group Legal & Compliance, Human Resource and Procurement to understand their business processes and requirements. Furthermore, the position also includes a close collaboration with our Salesforce team as DocuSign is integrated with Salesforce.

💼 Main Resposibilities:
  • Ensure the daily operations and maintenance of DocuSign and Nintex
  • Administration of user access and permissions
  • Collaborate closely with relevant stakeholders
  • Design and implement solutions, e.g. building workflows to optimize/automate processes
  • Support stakeholders with training of users
  • Backlog management in Jira
  • General support and issue solving in company Service Portal
  • Create and maintain documentation with drawings and solution descriptions in Confluence
  • Maintaining a full overview of small applications, including the usage and number of licenses

💻 An ideal candidate profile:
  • Basic knowledge about SharePoint administration and operations
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft technology in general, especially PowerShell
  • Experience with development technologies such as API, REST, scripting, C#, etc
  • Experience with DocuSign CLM and eSignature, or another Contract Lifecycle Management System is beneficial, but not mandatory
  • Great interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with colleagues
  • A proactive mindset, always seeking opportunities to enhance or implement solutions
  • A structured and methodical approach to work
  • Strong communication skills in English both verbal and written
  • A curiosity and willingness to learn
  • 3+ years of experience with Nintex and SharePoint administration
  • Relevant educational level (e.g., a degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or a related field)
