In this role, you will closely collaborate with a product owner in Business Services to devise prototypes, concepts, and workflows for an internal audience, as well as conduct interviews and usability tests.
Customer are looking for someone capable of managing multiple ongoing threads simultaneously and navigating through a diverse target/user group with varied needs. This role also entails establishing operational methods alongside a product owner, developers, and a specialized team of users. It is crucial that you enjoy collaborating with individuals possessing diverse skill sets and possess strong self-leadership skills. Experience in working on complex projects is essential.
