Job Description -
What you'll do:
Assist customers globally in maximizing the potential of their smart laundry appliances and dishwashers. Re-imagine how connected experiences should be with a focus on innovation, sustainability, and usability. Historically the appliance industry has been all about hardware. Your role would be to help us combine software with hardware to create meaningful, data-driven experiences for global consumers.
Work within a cross-functional product team in a digital experience organization that encompasses UX writing, UX research, and Design Systems.
In detail, you will:
Deliver excellent data-informed mobile UX to our customers, along with iterative updates, that delivers on the holistic digital product vision via prioritized backlog items, hypothesis and user stories
Design from concept to implementation, considering hierarchies, accessibility, layout, navigation, localisation and scalability
Add motion to user experience, that has both purpose and style, to build brand expression
 
Who you are:
5+ years of experience with end-to-end consumer digital product design
Proficient in standard design and motion applications such as Figma, After Effects
Experienced in working with cross functional teams and design systems to implement designs effectively
Has a solid understanding of user-centred design principles, user research and agile development methodologies as well as Android and iOS design guidelines
Engages in constructive design critique with designers and cross-disciplinary partners
Are passionate about sustainability
