Junior consultant

The IT Innovation function is responsible for exploring and identifying uncovered opportunities for the customer.

We facilitate the development of new ideas that execute upon the identified opportunities, and we facilitate the process of moving innovative ideas from concept to Minimum Viable Products to implementable solutions.

In addition, we work to strengthen the culture of innovation that exists across the company and nurture cross collaboration, learning and innovation.

The position will be supporting this work and collaborate closely with the rest of the organization on different tasks depending on the projects the innovation function will initiate.

 

Main Responsibilities

Typical tasks will include:

Assist with innovation administration, including event planning, calendar management, and presentation development.
Support and facilitate innovation activities, such as ideation and problem-solving workshops and hackathons.
Develop and publish internal innovation communication material.
Suggest and develop communication material and activities to promote innovation internally in IT and to relevant internal stakeholders.
Publishing communication material in relevant channels to increase engagement, highlight innovation efforts and increase awareness to foster an innovation culture.
Participation in innovation activities, such as bi-weekly presentations, innovation days, and sharing events is expected.
