Looking for a Project Manager for Ericsson, PEU Radio, Integration, Verification and Certification

You will be part of Integration, Verification & Certification (IVC), an organization within EUHW/PEU Radio. The unit’s work is vital to secure the release, performance and market access for most of the Radio products developed by Ericsson. Your objective will be to secure that project goals, time and efficiency agree with the internal/external stakeholders.

Role Description

Overall responsibility for the entire I&V assignment and the progress towards planned results

Handles communication towards Program (Radio, Digital, Site, RAN, etc.)

Resource and budget planning and follow-up

Create and follow up on time plans

Reports in reference groups (SP decisions, line support, status highlights)

Project team Start-up and regular info/status meetings securing all needed project communication

Secures the necessary planning and test estimation meetings

Updates of Multi-Project backlog and Plan and cross view over disciplines for a product/project

Scope and change management of projects

Manage project dependencies and critical path

Secure the project progress according to associated development processes.

Key Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field such as engineering or business administration or similar experience

8+ year’s work experience with at least 3 years in a project management/leadership role

Good skills to lead people

Experience from R&D, HW/SW development projects

Technical knowledge with ability to understand technical aspects of products

Fluent in spoken and written English and have good presentation skills

Preferred qualifications:

Ericsson ExperienceExperience from Radio HW/SW products

Good knowledge in spoken Swedish
