P&id drafter

ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION

For an assignment at one of out great customers we are now looking for a P&ID Drafter within Process & Piping. To be a great fit for the assignment you need +3 years of expereince from a relevant field.

Required education background and professional experience:

- Education in Engineering, B.Sc. or similar

- Organized, thorough, and has high attention to details
- After introduction and training, you should be able to work with minimal supervision
- Familiarity of Process and Piping Engineering concepts and standards
- Good understanding of P&ID components and symbols
- Proven experience in using CAD tools
- Effective technical communication (verbal and written) skills with proven ability to present issues to design teams and other disciplines
- Experienced in using Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat software
- Comfortable in communicating (verbal and written) in English
- Be able to perform site visits to verify match with P&ID and installed design
- Mainly work on site in the Office In Lund

Beneficial:
- Experience in working in a design and engineering set-up (oil & gas, nuclear, chemical, pulp & paper)
- Experience in using AVEVA software
- Experience working in a hybrid work set-up

Scope of the assignment:

The tasks shall include but not limited to:
- Prepare intelligent Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) using the AVEVA Diagram software
- Perform data input/extraction in the AVEVA suite
- Preparation of PFDs and P&IDs using other drafting CAD tools

The consultant will bring computer and phone to the assignment.
