Our client is looking for a senior full-stack developer to continue the development of a 3D imaging system to visualize individual particles using computed tomography data of powders.

 First, the concept of the 3D visualization of the individual particles needs to be validated in an agile pilot project. In the second phase, a productized MVP of the solution needs to be developed on Azure cloud platform.

Key tasks:
Design a computational solution to visualize individual particles in tomography data
Search and filter particles
Interactive 3D results viewer to rotate and inspect individual particles
Develop analysis pipeline
Segmentation of particles and voids/pores of particles
Determination of dimensions, surface area and volume of particles and voids/pores, including distributions/statistics
What we're looking for:
Experience in designing and implementing 3D imaging systems, preferably on tomography data.
Good understanding on existing 3rd party libraries and tools for 3D imaging
Experience in manipulating large amounts of high-resolution image data
Solid full-stack software engineering skills, Python programming experience
Proven experience in designing and implementing UI’s for scientific applications
Good understanding, proven experience in designing and implementing scalable data-driven solutions on Azure
