As an Technical Support/Project manager you will be supporting Project Software Leads specially maintaining Jira, controlling requirements and maintaining documentation. You will be cooperate with customers, product development team, software architects, managers and test/development teams aswell to ensure the release scope and requirements are clear and development and project configuration is going smoothly. You will be attending customer approval and test sessions.
You will succeed in this role if
You are SW project oriented person who has experience of various software development projects and using Jira. You have also experience of working at Jenkins and Linux environment.
You have good problem solving skills and you have experience planning and controlling of requirements.
