IT Security Operations – Product Owner to NCC

NCC is looking for a temporary role as Product Owner for IT Security Operations. The purpose of the Product Owner is to work to maximize the value of the delivered product for the stakeholders.

IT Security Operations is undergoing a restructuring and focus is to ensure a stable and secure IT environment with clear processes and guidelines for the operational IT security and empower the whole IT operations organization to work and improve Security based on NCCs policies and directives.

Stakeholder relationship
• Manage the relationships with the stakeholders to the team in a formalized and transparent way.
• Empower and inspire stakeholders regarding IT Security
• Drive activities to improve stakeholder engagement.
• Collaborate and support other Product Owners in ensuring fulfillment of IT Security directive.
IT Security Development
• Define mid- and long-term roadmap and ensure everybody understands the vision and scope for the product and team.
• Capture requirements and translate them into IT demands with clear business case and outlined value.
• Coordinate with other Product Owners and relevant individuals to sort out dependencies between teams Service consumer / business relationship.
Delivery and Operations
• Maintain process and application solutions in line with the defined strategy and enterprise requirements.
• Report and visualize product performance in monthly and quarterly reporting.
• Support the resolution of issues in line with agreed priorities.
Management of Service Providers
• Conduct Operational planning together with NCCs CSOC partner.

Assignment will be 6-12 months starting asap

Skallkrav

Speaks and write fluently in English and one of the Nordic languages.
+ 5-year experience of leading IT Security work
Strong leadership skills
Experience and skills from working with Budget and forecasting
Experience and skills from working with Microsoft 365 security
Experience and skills from working with Infrastructure and Network security
Experience and skills from working with Application security
Agile way of working
Experience and skills from working with MS Azure
