Assignment description
As an Engineering Alignment Specialist, you collaborate with senior engineers and technical experts on the following tasks:
Documenting technical architecture rules for various control hardware families.
Documenting guidelines for software development and systems data.
Documenting instructions for configuration and maintenance of systems.
Your role will play a vital part in developing and communicating the team's engineering standards. We are looking for someone with a passion for creating clear, concise guidance for hardware and software engineering.

We are looking for a senior profile but would also consider junior candidates with a strong match to the job requirements.
Mandatory education background and professional experience:
Education in (preferably) computer science, informatics, control system engineering, software development, or industrial plant engineering.
Demonstrated expertise in the following: Creating guidelines for the development and engineering of control systems, electronics-centric products, software technology, data services, or other contributions to quality engineering and quality processes with relevance to the scope of the assignment.
Personal Profile:
Excellent communication and collaboration skills. This role requires many interactions with heterogeneous teams and experts.
Excellent oral and written English skills. This role focuses on the creation of engineering guidelines. The candidate possesses the ability to take initiative and progress in a self-driven manner, while also seeking alignment with the engineering environment and culture.
Meriting education background and professional experience:
Experience with the engineering alignment for digital technology in medium-sized organizations/companies.
Experience with control systems and technical data processing in large facilities, such as robotic factories, chemical plants, power plants, transportation systems, etc.
Experience with technical information management systems (product life cycle management systems).
