I'm Fanni Csincsák. I run Olively from Budapest and work remotely across Europe and the UK.

Twelve years in product, mostly where being wrong was expensive: fintech, enterprise ITSM, regulated European organisations. I triaged forty AI use cases inside a regulated enterprise and roughly one in ten wasn't AI at all — it was automation with a label, buying a governance process it never needed.

That's the work. Not building whatever is on the roadmap, but deciding what deserves to be there.

What I do

AI Reality Check — a fixed-scope week. Every use case scored, with the reasoning written down beside each score so it survives security and risk review. You end the week knowing which idea is worth a quarter, which to kill, and how you'll know either way. €1,500 up to ten use cases, €3,500 up to twenty.

AI Build — for teams who know what they're building and want it shipped by someone who has taken AI through security and governance review before. €850–1,100 per day, or €6,000–12,000 fixed scope.

Fractional AI Product Lead — when AI is running across several teams with nobody senior owning the whole thing. €6,000–8,000 per month, about a day a week.

What that has produced

24,000 users in under six months for a fintech platform, after the original brief was redirected. Change requests cut from fifteen minutes to seven, with policy compliance from 72% to 89%. More than $1M in follow-on work from a legal tech engagement where the model never changed — only where it sat.
