The role
As a PO within IT you will work as the enabler between our business and our development teams. You will be responsible for setting the mission, vision and strategy for the product and ensure that it is in line with the Business strategy. You will translate the vision into a clear roadmap and ensure that the team understand and share the vision. We are striving towards a pull-effect and want the team to deliver maximized value. The key leadership values of the PO we are looking for is clarification and facilitation.
The initiated changes requires the role to be able to take on three parallel transformations:
• the technical. We are building away from our legacy systems and consolidating our services.
• the agile. We are introducing a common wow within Tele2.
• the cultural. Guiding our new teams.

As the main responsible for our product, you will keep track on our competitors offers and ensure to be no. 1. You will be the ambassador for the product and capabilities team within Tele2.
You develop stakeholder relations, establish collaboration with other teams and PO’s and ensure communication. You own the solution in production and ensuring high quality by proactively preparing the team members and the necessary tools.

We are looking for a product owner who:
• has minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner
• has documented experience from working within IT with technical products
• has experience working with agile methodologies
• understands what it takes to develop and maintain product increments
• is comfortable facilitating and participating in the architectural and technical decisions made in the team
• can translate vision and customer insights to user stories and prioritized backlog items
• can communicate concepts and ideas to stakeholders at all levels as well as to the team
• is able to influence decision-making at all levels
• knows how to work in a DevOps environment and understand the importance of CI/CD
