• Strategy: Integrate research and design activities into the project plan. Set a realistic scope without compromising on the desired outcome.

• Research: Inform design decisions with behavioral data, user input and market inspiration.

• Design: Visualise and describe flows based on the gained knowledge about the business and its users.

• Alignment: Involve stakeholders, developers and users to ensure a smooth implementation.

• Handover: Refine design proposals with developers. Review implementations before launch to ensure they reflect the original intent.

• Optimisations: Identify improvement areas after launch based on behavioral data and user feedback. Conduct split tests to validate assumptions and improve conversion rates.

In my role as a Senior/Lead UX designer, I currently am open for short- and long-term freelance projects that are either on-site (Copenhagen), hybrid or fully remote.
