We’ve chosen to partner with Syntropia, an AI service where clients search for available consultants themselves. As a consultant or consulting firm on Brainville, you can now make your profile searchable there too, completely free of charge.

Here on Brainville, you look for assignments and share your profile to get found. With Syntropia, your profile also reaches clients outside Brainville. Everything you already do here continues as usual – you simply get another route to your next assignment.

How it works

A client describes their needs in Syntropia. The service matches those needs against profiles based on role, experience, industry, certifications, availability and location. The client can see, requirement by requirement, which criteria each consultant meets. You don’t need to submit an application to get found. Your profile simply needs to match the client’s needs.

If a client wants to speak with you, Syntropia contacts you by text message or email.

Consulting firms can make their consultant profiles searchable in the same way and choose which profiles and information to share. When an assignment matches your profiles, Syntropia also notifies you directly.

Syntropia can also post assignments here on Brainville, which you can apply for as usual.

Your business, your agreement

Syntropia is not a party to the transaction. You and the client speak directly and agree on pricing and terms yourselves. Syntropia takes no margin on your hourly rate.

What does it cost?

Being searchable is free. You only pay a service fee if you secure an assignment through Syntropia. Please read about pricing and terms at syntropia.se before joining. Participation is voluntary, and you can withdraw your consent at any time.

Be part of it from the start

Syntropia is in beta. During the pilot, a number of selected companies are looking for consultants for real assignments. Join now to be included in their searches from the start and help shape how the service develops.

How to get started

1. Make sure your profile or your consulting firm’s profile is on Brainville. To share your company profile, it must be at least 50% complete.

2. Go to the sharing consent page and choose what you want to share with Syntropia. Consultant profiles do not need to be shared on Brainville to be shared with Syntropia.

3. Keep your profile and availability up to date. This determines which searches you appear in.
