Clients search for consultants themselves
With Syntropia, clients can see what expertise is available before sending out a request. The client describes their needs, and the service matches them against consultant profiles based on role, experience, industry, certifications and location. The client can see, requirement by requirement, who meets each criterion and who is available.
This also means that anyone who isn’t searchable won’t appear in the results.

You continue to manage your profiles and find assignments on Brainville. With Syntropia, you have another opportunity to be found. Your contracts, framework agreements and partnerships continue as usual. We are a system that makes your expertise searchable to more clients, nothing more. It’s also free to be searchable. You only pay a small fee if you secure an assignment through us.
Companies that join now can also be included in searches from the start and help shape how the service develops.
How to get started

Make sure the company and consultant profiles you want to share are at least 50% complete.

Go to the sharing consent page and choose whether to share your company profile, consultant profiles or both. The profiles do not need to be shared on Brainville.

Keep your profiles and availability up to date.
