The Better Software Initiative ApS

Founded by Paulina Dubas and Magdalena Furman, The Better Software Initiative (TBSI) is more than a software house. It is a community and a consulting partner focused on building secure, scalable, and sustainable solutions that align with business goals. We combine engineering expertise with strategic insight - helping organizations validate ideas, accelerate delivery, and achieve market fit. Our work spans hands-on consulting, cloud and AI architectures, and community-driven knowledge sharing through workshops, courses, and conference talks. TBSI exists to raise awareness, share practical knowledge, and foster better software practices across the industry - partnering with companies not just to build code, but to deliver measurable impact. We are business value oriented - every technical decision we make is driven by its potential to create real business impact. From product discovery to deployment, we focus on outcomes that matter: faster time-to-market, reduced costs, improved user experience, and sustainable growth.
