I turn complex, poorly documented business operations into coherent working software. As a hands-on Technical Product Manager, I lead the path from product discovery and scope definition through workflow and UX design, technical decisions, acceptance, delivery, and iteration.

I work directly with founders, directors, and domain specialists. Recent work includes replacing an inherited innovation platform with custom production software, replacing a workforce time-tracking application for a Danish client, and delivering farm-subscription, internal operations, and expense-approval products for clients in Sweden, Denmark, and the Netherlands.

My earlier background in financial law and business-process management strengthens how I handle rules, risk, workflows, and regulated constraints. Based in Warsaw, Poland, I am available now for remote B2B contract, interim, fractional, and project-based assignments across Europe.
