Responsibility:
Responsible for maximizing level of automatization to facilitate a data-driven way of working for the Nordic markets and ensure both customer experience and internal data visualization.
Responsible and technical expert for Adobe Campaign “NSP” (B2C) and future MA-tool for B2B, and for building new and complex workflows, technical development for existing workflows, and configurations for all Nordic markets.
Responsible data Integration to Adobe Campaign “NSP” (Database and Predictive Modelling) for B2C, and for B2B in future MA tool
Responsible for overseeing front-end technical development activities including email templates, forms, and landing pages.
Responsible for proposing data-driven solutions, changes to the technical design within Marketing Automation tools, where to A/B-test, personalizing the campaigns, increasing level of automation as well as implementing those in alignment with relevant stakeholders
Responsible the collaboration with the internal Data Analytics team to facilitate analytics/dashboard connections to Tableau and facilitating data-driven ways of working by supporting with dashboard integration e.g., Customers Financial Services websites or LIME data to MIDAS.
Responsible for collaborating with different business stakeholders from campaign brief to execution. 

Task:
Manage and integrate data for new campaigns, develop and maintain schemas in close collaboration with Suppliers/partners/internal stakeholders and Central teams.
Building and ensuring right target group is being targeted in MA tools.
Responsible for setting up A/B/C/D Testing as well as optimizing and monitoring and continuously to optimize.
Support the NE team with data analysis, insights, and recommendations for the campaign/workflows from a technical/automation perspective.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders e.g., Lime experts and offshore teams to define data dependencies when required.
Support with Content Development/Updates (incl. CI updates) in templates together with Customer Campaign Journey Managers B2B and B2C
Collaborate with different stakeholders from content to CRM and execution.
Manage the Campaign Calendar Development and consult with counterparts at NSC to ensure CeX and minimize collision in send out timings with them.

Competence:
Competence to with proficiency use the marketing automation tools such as Adobe Campaign and future tool for B2B, and other relevant platforms to build and optimize workflows, configure campaigns, and perform A/B testing.
Competence to manage and integrate the data for campaigns, develop and maintain schemas, target the right audience, and provide data analysis, insights, and recommendations for campaign optimizations.
Competence in front-end development (HTML), including creating e-mail templates, forms, landing pages and collaborating with internal teams for dashboard integration and data visualization using tools like Tableau.
Competence to propose data-driven solutions, making changes to technical designs, personalizing campaigns, increasing automation, and implementing strategies aligned with stakeholders’ needs.
Competence to collaborate with various business stakeholders, campaign managers, CRM teams, and external parties to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and minimize conflicts in send-out timings.
Competence to monitor and optimize campaign performance and conduct A/B/C/D testing, and continuously improve marketing automation processes.
Competence to consult and coordinate with counterparts, suppliers, partners, and offshore teams as well as documenting campaign calendars, content updates and CI changes.
Competence and technical expertise, data analysis skills, collaboration abilities, and a data-driven mindset to consult marketing automation strategies and technically implementing them.
