Scania is searching for an IT technician for the industrial workshop support (IWS) teams serving the production units in Södertälje with incident, change and problem management related to both hardware and software.
We are looking for:
-Someone service minded, autonomous and driven, with a technical mindset that can help the customer fulfil their mission to secure uptime for the production units. - Daily tasks such as solving incidents when production devices (panels, printers etc.) are malfunctioning, installing, configuring and delivering new hardware devices to the production units, patching cables, coordinating with different service organizations regarding cases, etc. - The employed team members have on call duty on a regular basis to cover the production unit’s needs during evenings. If it suits the profile we choose for this assignment, it can be discussed whether it will be included in the assignment or not. - The assignment requires that the individual can work from the Södertälje office 100% (work hours 08:00-16:45) and that you have a driver’s license (B).
Education: High school degree within relevant area, meriting with higher education within IT Language: Swedish (fluent) and English (professional proficiency)

Start: 2022-10-01 (or ASAP) End: 6 months from start date
