You will join a dedicated global Talent Acquisition team responsible to deliver comprehensive recruitment support to our managers in making sure that the right talent is hired. The core team that you will belong to, consists of ten colleagues forming the TA business team. In Sweden we are a total of 22 colleagues within Talent Acquisition. The TA department is dedicated in helping our different divisions to grow in the appropriate way and we work in close cross collaboration with the different HR functions, recruiting managers and other critical stakeholders.
You will be working with activities such as:
Be the recruitment software process expert within Talent Acquisition Be the data specialist in the TA team; manage data, analyze, prepare, and secure statistics Data clean up Handle Talent Acquisition case management system Manage various candidate and manager contacts Analyse, prepare – and hold presentations of data and statistics Collaborate with partners cross HR globally and stakeholders from the entire bank with recruiting managers being a key partner Competences and Personal Characteristics
You will be the go-to person in Talent Acquisition Sweden regarding data and statistics. Besides thriving in a great team, you need to have a great curiosity and motivation in different systems and to work with data management, data analysis and presentations of the data for different purposes.
You need to have the competence and previous experience in data and statistics and how to present in a pedagogic and qualitative way, preferably within HR/recruitment. Experience in working with data and statistics from ATS/recruitment system, QlikView, Tableau, Excel, PowerPoint etcetera.
You need to be self-driven and motivated by clear responsibilities and broad collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders and all of us in the TA-team
