For our telecommunication customer, we are looking for a Delivery Manager.
As a Delivery Manager you will be responsible for managing and coordinating development and delivery activities based on business requirements, acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams.
The role includes, but is not limited to:
Coordinating co-delivery both for internal teams and suppliers to ensure a successful outcome of business value
Securing capacity & planning based on requests from delivery stream
Communicating with stakeholders, escalating impediments, helping manage risk, and driving continuous improvement in ways of working
Guiding and supporting agile team, ensuring delivery is done according to best agile practices
Supporting IT Service Managers and IT Solution Architects by providing information for managing business demand, IT delivery and team capacity planning and follow-up
Is this you? It is expected that you have a good understanding of business, processes and how to relate to people. You will be working closely with the business and technology teams to secure different deliverables. Preferably you have a good base of experience with IT development and responsibility as Scrum Master, Product Owner, Team Lead/Manager or other similar positions.
Strong in organizing work in situations with lot of ambiguities
Good ability to communicate across IT and business organizations easily and effectively
Good understanding of IT technologies and organizations
Knowledge of SAFe framework and agile principles
Experience of using practices and framework in practical level
Advanced user of Agile tools, such as Atlassian Jira and Confluence
Organizational change management experience
Excellent skills both in written and spoken English and Norwegian
Experience working with solutions related to Contact Center or Customer Care areas would be an advantage.
