Mechanical Engineer – Design and process development

Main design tasks: <br /> Design of components and mechanisms, from concept to release and production <br /> Present and hold 3D model meetings with technical solutions <br /> Perform structural analysis, hand and FEA calculations <br /> Produce technical documentation for both internal and external use <br /> Investigate new solutions to improve sustainability, performance or reliability <br /> Communicate with engineering, marketing, sourcing, manufacturing and testing teams <br /> Support in design validation testing (endurance, performance, drop) <br />Main mechanical process tasks:<br /> Review existing mechanical processes such as design review or drawing review processes<br /> Establish clear communication channels and collaboration processes among different teams,<br />such as R&amp;D design, operation and manufacturing and relevant suppliers.
