This role will target systematic quality issues related to our different products. Your expertise will have considerable impact on the development and improvement of our products. You will also act as the interface between engineering and the customer experience, as you will be in close communication with our customer centers around the world. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with engineering, quality and operations background. In this role you will be an independent self-starter who will drive efforts for quality.

Your will work close to the product and the people around it, to identify theroot cause and the corrective actions necessary to improve quality, product reliability and customer satisfaction. This means that you will be collecting any information necessary to enable a root cause analysis. As part of our team, you will also outline the symptom picture to prioritize and lead the actions to resolve the product issues. To make our work effective, we use a case management system called QCM, which simplifies communication and helps keep the day-to-day structure. The work process involves communicating closely with our Sales Companies world-wide. Some travelling is consequently also part of the mission as it will give you the opportunity to meet with customersand suppliers to ensure that quality initiatives yield successful implementations and added customer value.

It is an advantage if you have experience from technical customer service, mechanical lab work or
any type of engineering. Experience of coordinating team efforts and driving issues to resolution is
also of value. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, or similar.

You have a good knowledge of English, both spoken and written, and you are accustomed to using
English in a professional setting. Knowledge of Swedish is considered an advantage but will not be a
requirement for this role.
