<p><b>Experience</b></p><ul><li><strong>Academic degree</strong>: Likely in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Analytics.</li><li><strong>4-6 years of work experience</strong>: Preferably in roles related to business intelligence, data management, or analytics.</li></ul><ul><li><strong>Familiar with the BI area</strong>: Understanding of the overall landscape of Business Intelligence, including data warehousing, reporting, and analytics.</li><li><strong>Knowledge of Teradata</strong>: Proficiency in Teradata, a widely used relational database management system.</li><li><strong>Mainframe expertise</strong>: Experience working with mainframe systems, which are still prevalent in certain industries, especially in large organizations.</li><li><strong>ETL tools</strong>: Knowledge of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools, particularly <strong>Informatica PowerCenter</strong>, used for data integration.</li><li><strong>Proven SQL Development experience</strong>: Strong skills in writing and optimizing SQL queries for data manipulation and reporting.</li><li><strong>Agile framework experience (SAFe)</strong>: Familiarity with the <strong>Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)</strong>, commonly used in larger organizations to implement agile practices across multiple teams.</li></ul><p><br /><b>Soft Skills</b></p><ul><li><strong>Team player</strong>: Ability to collaborate effectively within a team, contributing to discussions, and helping drive decisions.</li><li><strong>Strong communicator</strong>: Ability to convey ideas clearly and efficiently across technical and non-technical teams.</li><li><strong>Curiosity and Continuous Learning</strong>: A drive to continuously learn and seek out improvements, ensuring adaptability in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>
