Senior OT Security Manager (SCADA, DCS, IT, Factory)

For our Client in Scandinavia, a Major player in the Energy Sector, we need a Senior OT Security Manager, to lead a team of 7-9 OT Security Experts, who are currently working on defining the OT security procedures and documents needed forward, comprising the following sectors/divisions:

Industrial Manufacturing
Technology, Media and Telecoms operators
Energy, Utilities and Resources

We expect you have worked across multiple industries, and have developed a strong track record of credibility as a trusted advisor to senior business stakeholders on cyber security, and you must be experienced and comfortable working with stakeholders up CxO level in FTSE350-scale companies, but still being a trusted manager for the team as well

Managing and delivering cyber security and cyber risk assignments, including producing documentation and reports, and quality assuring the work produced by junior team members.

Maintaining awareness of key business and industry trends, and understanding how they impact responses to cyber risk.

We are specially searching for a Manager with Business flair, to keep control on the project, and oversee it doesn't get out of hand. (project and money vise)
We need you to provide our client with trusted advice, rooted in a pragmatic understanding of their business situation and objectives, to help them navigate complex, risk-driven Cyber and OT decisions.

The Person:

University degree in computer or electrical engineering and relevant experience in IT or Factory. CISSP, CEH are a plus
5-10 years of relevant OT Security experience. In-depth experience of securing Industrial Control Systems (ICS) such as PLC, SCADA, DCS, Serialisation solutions
Familiarity with ICS-related communications protocols (eg, Ethernet, MODBUS, DNP3, S7, etc.)
OT Security Governance & Management
Ability to apply skills across a broad range of cybersecurity domains (ie Network, Endpoint, Application, Encryption, Firewalls, User Access, remote access)
Deep understanding and experience with NIST directive compliance and programme management
OT Infrastructure and Network Security
OT Security Design, Architecture and Engineering,
Security Project management and delivery experience
Technical security implementation
Security qualifications including CISSP, GICSP, CISM, CISA, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, CCSP, etc.
Project Management
Fluent English, both written and spoken.

We can offer you to work out of the office in Denmark, but Germany, or Polen could be a possibility as well, plus some remote work

Could be transformed into a permanent position as well
