-Handle the review of existing Directive (Internally and potentially with external specialist Second Opinion)
-Cordinate improvements of Directive (if needed and decided)
-Create implementation plan, report on status/obstacles
-Coordinate resources (both internal and external),
-Drive progress and Deliveries, Reach Milestones
