<p><b>Testingenjör</b></p><p>The Testingenjör plays a hands-on engineering role designing, executing and reporting field and laboratory tests that ensure product quality and performance. This position has direct impact on product validation and customer confidence by delivering precise measurement data and actionable conclusions.</p><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Lead test assignments from initial customer dialogue through test design, execution and final reporting, taking full ownership of deadlines and deliverables.</li><li>Design and set up measurement systems and sensor installations on machines and test rigs to verify performance in different environments.</li><li>Perform field testing and in-lab experiments to measure material stress, electrical currents, sensor signals and hydraulic oil flows.</li><li>Install and calibrate sensors (strain gauges, current probes, flow meters, voltage sensors) and validate signal integrity during test runs.</li><li>Collect, analyze and interpret measurement signals using DAQ systems and signal processing tools to produce clear, evidence-based conclusions.</li><li>Work closely with colleagues to troubleshoot issues on site, adapt test plans, and ensure safe, reliable test execution.</li><li>Prepare concise test reports and presentations with recommendations for design teams and customers.</li><li>Maintain test equipment, perform basic repairs and ensure proper documentation and traceability of measurements.</li><li><b>Profile</b></li></ul><ul><li>Curious and analytical engineer with a strong attention to detail and a practical, hands-on approach to problem-solving.</li><li>Comfortable working in a small, supportive team of four engineers with open communication and shared responsibility.</li><li>Strong communicator who can translate technical measurement data into clear conclusions for internal stakeholders and customers.</li><li>Reliable, <strong>safety-conscious</strong> and motivated by delivering high-quality results in field and laboratory environments.</li><li>Enjoys the mix of both doing analytical work as well as being a field operative in the Swedish forest where a portion of the work will be conducted.</li></ul><p><br /><b>Required and Nice-to-Have Skills & Experience</b></p><p><strong>Required:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or systems engineering or equivalent practical experience.</li><li>Proven experience with field testing and measurement: sensor installation, calibration and data acquisition.</li><li>Practical skills in handling test equipment and performing on-site adjustments and basic repairs.</li><li>Familiarity with measuring material stress, voltages/currents and hydraulic oil flows; ability to interpret signal behavior.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and experience managing test projects end-to-end, including reporting to customers.</li></ul><p><strong>Nice to have:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with strain gauges, signal conditioning, oscilloscopes, and advanced DAQ systems.</li><li>Knowledge of hydraulic systems, fluid dynamics and related sensors for flow and pressure measurement.</li><li>Experience in automotive, industrial machinery or heavy equipment testing environments.</li><li>Familiarity with formal test standards, calibration procedures, and quality management systems.</li></ul>
