Senior Guidewire solution architect

<p><span>We need a consultant for the assignment “Senior Guidewire solution architect " to one of our offices in the Nordics or the Baltics. </span></p><p><span>We are looking for an experienced Guidewire solution architect to support in a pre-study looking into the feasibility to scale up an existing Guidewire core transformation program running in Sweden to replace our existing claims core system in Finland for the Motor lines. This includes hands on work identifying business needs, creating solution design, identifying, and slicing of epics and features into a roadmap. Part of the pre-study delivery will be to investigate and balance the need for a cost-effective long-term maintenance and operations of the solution while enabling the possibility to scale up deliveries in an efficient way.</span><span>We assume that some of the tradeoffs we need to investigate: </span></p><ul><li><span>Infrastructure cost and complexity with having single vs multiple instances</span></li><li><span>Governance complexity with having single vs multiple instances</span></li><li><span>Development complexity with having single vs multiple instances</span></li></ul><p><span>The person we look for has strong understanding of Guidewire solution architecture,  a strategic mindset, combined with skills in building relationships. </span><span /></p><p><span>It would </span><span>be <span>beneficial if the candidate has experience of implementing multi product, multi country solutions using a single Guidewire instance.</span></span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span>Job Title:                                                             Guidewire solution architect</span></p><p><span>Location:                                                             One of the if offices in the Nordics or the Baltics<br />Job Type:                                                             Full-Time<br /></span><span /></p><p><span>Position starting:                                              ASAP</span></p><p><span>Position ending:                                                December 2025 to start with and possibility of extension.</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span>The person applying must be able to work 3 days per week from the local office. </span></p>
