We are looking for a RCXP platform Support lead. The ideal candidate has: - Knowledge of and experience with Salesforce Service, Sales and to a lesser extend Marketing cloud (general Admin level minimum) - Knowledge of the following business area’s within Volvo Cars: o Care by Volvo order to delivery & customer care including CTI & live chat o Customer Care both on central (CXO team) level and within the NSC’s o GDPR o Delivery management at the Retailers o Lead management both on NSC level and distribution towards the Retailers o Product Demonstration / Test Drive management at the Retailers o Fleet Account Management both on global and NSC level o Marketing including social media management, on NSC level o Wildcard: knowledge of Polestar operations - Knowledge of the following digital area’s within Volvo Cars: o GRIP (dSPA) o CDB o WFFM (Sitecore) o OMS o Care by Volvo digital landscape (SSA/Miles etc) - Understanding of and experience with working in Agile / SAFe environments, including backlog management and Scrum practices - Understanding of release management with version control Personal attributes: - Problem solving attitude, working across various product teams towards a common solution standard. - Good at managing internal (program) stakeholders as well as external VCC wide stakeholders, both end users and requirements owners. - Has both wide systems understanding and business insight. - Ability to assess issues and determine best course of action, combining system fixes with business workarounds. - Strong feeling of ownership across the platform safeguarding operational excellence. - Constantly looking for improvement of ways of working, collaborative spirit is key. - Ability to oversee many details while keeping the big picture in check.
