Our products are sold in over 90 markets worldwide, totalling a combined annual turnover of USD 360 million.<strong></strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Right now</strong>, we are looking to strengthen our team with a dedicated Senior UX Designer to lead and partially execute design efforts to ensure a seamless user experience across site and CRM. You will be responsible for formulating, presenting, and iterating on designs, and evaluating their effectiveness post-implementation, while also creating wireframes and assets. You will belong to our in-house agency but will be dedicated to and on a daily basis sit with and work closely with the .com and CRM team, external agency and developers.</p><p><strong>This is a full-time 12-month fixed-term position with the opportunity to extend. </strong></p><p><strong></strong></p><p><strong><br>What you’ll do:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead designer for eCom Experience and Consumer Experience driven projects and updates on site. Be a part of daily meetings, tasks and priorities to ensure fast turnarounds of assets</li><li>UX lead overseeing collaboration with external design agency and in-house designers driving UX improvements</li><li>Owner for the Master design files of site and CRM components in Figma and educating other project teams and designers on the most recent design systems</li><li>Overseeing the site and CRM making sure different designs of campaigns and initiatives comes together well to ensure a seamless experience from a UX and design perspective</li><li>Working closely with developers to brief on the new designs and site improvements, as well as QA of outcomes</li><li>Give input on strategy and production of assets for product launches and campaigns</li></ul><p></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Who we’re looking for:</strong></p><p></p><p>We are looking for an experienced UX Designer that is as excited about design and improving the user journey as about being data driven. This role requires a collaborative and structured team player, that thrives when being in contact with multiple stakeholders across departments, while also being able to work independently and take initiatives.</p><p></p><p><strong>You probably have the following experiences &amp; skills:</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years of experience leading UX projects, working hands on creating wireframes and adapting assets as well as handing over and discussing implementation with developers</li><li>Proven strong digital design- and UX skills</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience from A/B testing</li><li>Passion for UX/UI both from a creative, strategical and data driven point of view</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly communicate design concepts to non-design team members.</li><li>Strong organizational skills, capable of planning, prioritizing, and managing your own design workload independently.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Our pledge:</strong></p><p>We thrive to foster an inclusive workplace and we do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, disability, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age or marital status.
