Role:In this position, you are responsible for developing training programs and driving change management initiatives in our roll-out of a new e-business platform that has a high impact on our global organization and how we serve our customers globally. The role will be working closely with the global project manager and the assigned core team to ensure a smooth transition.Your main responsibilities will be to:Training strategy, development, delivery: Defining the strategy, designing, developing and delivering training programs for end-users and stakeholders of new solution.Training evaluation: evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making necessary adjustments to improve outcome.Change management planning: Support change management strategy and plan to ensure successful adoption.Stakeholder management and communication: Build strong relationships and trust with stakeholders across different levels of the organization. Ensure understanding of needs, concerns and requirements related to roll-out and ensure their involvement throughout the process.User support and assistance: provide ongoing support and assistance to end-users during the transition period.Monitoring: monitoring the progress of training and change management activities together with the project manager, tracking key metrics and milestones.
Essential requirements:• You have experience in global projects where digital capabilities (process + system knowledge) have been lifted and set into play, preferably in an international environment.• Skilled in designing and developing training strategies and delivering training programs to diverse audience and all levels of the organization.• Proven track record in driving successful change initiatives.• Experience is e-commerce solutions• Professional communications skills• Excellent interpersonal skills• Preferably experienced in running hybrid projects and you have a good understanding of agile ways of working (ideally SAFe).• Experienced in working in a global matrix organizationPlease explain how you meet all the requirements when applying.Utilization: 100%Location: LundPeriod:  05-08-2024-05-08-2025Last day to apply: 30-05-2024We present regularly. This means that we sometimes remove the assignements from our website before the final application deadline.
