Role Description
Work closely with business and understand the requirements. Should be able to understand the HR dataflow between multiple systems.Should be able to prepare test cases for different HR processes in external employees hiring. Test case for integration between VMS and SAP HR system.Should work on PA and OM modules, Assigning person to position.

Essential Skills:

Key Skills and Roles:
  • Should have experience of SAP HCM functional with sub modules Personal Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM).
  • SAP position maintenance.
  • Should have knowledge of external hiring process, offboarding in SAP HR process.
  • Good knowledge of Vendor management systems like Fieldglass or Magnit.
  • Testing experience of overall HR flow of external employee hiring, rehiring, contract extension and termination.
  • Should be able to understand integrations flow from SAP to different third-party systems.
  • Security vetting is mandatory for the candidate. (NSI)

Desirable Skills:
  • Experience in Vendor management systems SaaS based systems.
  • Experience in various integration methods.
