<p><a><b><span>Svara snarast - vi offerera löpande - Bifoga CV i WORD-format, Timpris, Tillgänglighet, Lokalisering samt besvara SKA- och BÖR krav.</span></b></a><span> </span></p><p><span><b><span>Kravprofil</span></b><span><br />The Design Manager (DM) is primarily accountable for the adherence to schedule, budget and delivery quality planning of the architectural and engineering design activities on a project during Basic Design (BD) and Detailed Design (DD) {although in certain cases this may also include Concept Design (CD) also}. The DM is a key member of the project management team. In addition, the DM is also accountable for timely PM signoff for BD and DD package deliverables.<br />The DM reports to the Project Manager (PM) and works closely with the Project Technical Manager (PTM), the project IT Manager (ITM) and the Construction Manager (CM) to establish an appropriate integrated schedule and budget for the architectural and engineering design and construction delivery of the project.<br />The DM typically takes accountability in the following technical areas for design and delivery governance for the project (if applicable)<br />· Regulatory, Planning and Permitting management<br />· Architecture, Exterior Envelope and interior design (non GXP areas)<br />· Utility infrastructure / connection to external supply<br />· Civils & Structural and Landscaping<br />· Storm water, drainage and sewerage<br />· Fire & Life systems (Build, Architectural finishes & installation) e.g. fire compartmentalisation of building, fire curtains, escape routes etc<br />· Security systems (Build, Architectural finishes & installation) e.g. location of gate-house, turnstiles/speed gates, exterior fencing etc.<br />· BIM documentation standards and coordination with the local Site Operations team<br />Roles and Responsibilities:<br />· Support the Project Manager in selecting a design firm (A/E);<br />· Coordinate SME resources for design review and acceptance tasks;<br />· Support the procurement process of equipment/ trade packages with regards to technical specification, design and requirements clarification;<br />· Work closely with PTM to ensure all design solutions and integration are meeting the needs of Customer and business and within the approved project scope including the effective management of GxP documents;<br />· Manage A/E or (EPC) to achieve project design objectives in compliance with the clients policies, guidelines, and the User Requirements Specification;<br />· Lead value engineering, alternative option reviews, constructability reviews and etc including construction, start-up and commissioning sequencing during design phase;<br />· Own and manage the design deliverables including delivery pace and quality from the design contractor to meet the project approved budget and schedule;<br />· Oversee the legislative compliance/ permitting approval strategy of the project delivery. Ensure the design deliverables captures the legislative requirements. And responsible for final closeout of regulatory processes related design and construction at the completion of construction phase;<br />· Manage the Project Change Management process pertaining to design, documenting all requests, organising and management impact assessments (incl. SHE, cost, schedule, reputation, resources, etc.). Ensure that all project change request is reviewed and approved by PM and other key signatories in a timely manner. Communicate and seek approval of changes from the Engineering SHE Lead<br />· Manage the engineering response to Requests for Information by A/E during construction – timing, quality and alignment to project scope;<br />· Manage and transfers relevant project information, as-built drawings, turnover packs, operating & maintenance manuals and BIM model to Customer (Site Operations).<br />· Define technical governance and delivery organisation with PTM and agree this with PM;<br />· Ensure all design/engineering reviews are adhering to current Design Assurance process during design phase;<br />· Ensure best practices from GE projects worldwide are used to implement the needs of the client and business:<br />o Participate in meetings and reviews with A/E, CM, GC during DD and construction phases, including constructability reviews, PDRs and reviews/audits with Regulatory Agencies.<br />o Ensure design/ engineering related documents are organized, maintained and project audit-ready.<br />o Ensure all design decisions/ philosophies are appropriately documented.<br />o Identify and review with team best practices and lessons learned from past projects within and external to the client.<br /><br /><!-- [if !supportLineBreakNewLine]--><br /><!--[endif]--></span></span></p>
