This role is ideal for a junior to intermediate professional (1–5 years of experience) eager to grow within the Microsoft ecosystem. You will work closely with senior developers, consultants, and business stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Power Platform components.</span><br><span>Skills: Competences needed:</span><br><span>• Assist in the customization and configuration of Dynamics 365 CE (Sales and Field</span><br><span>Service) modules.</span><br><span>• Support the development of Power Platform components such as:</span><br><span>• Power Automate flows for business processes</span><br><span>• Power Apps for custom solutions</span><br><span>• Power Portals / Power Pages for external interactions</span><br><span>• Collaborate with senior developers and consultants to deliver functional solutions.</span><br><span>• Participate in requirements gathering sessions and contribute to solution design.</span><br><span>• Assist in testing, deployment, and support activities.</span><br><span>• Maintain clean and clear technical documentation.</span><br><span>• Learn and follow best practices for coding, testing, and solution deployment.</span><br><span>• Stay updated with new features and updates in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.</span><br><br><span>Soft Skills:</span><br><span>• Good communication skills – able to interact with team members and business users</span><br><span>effectively.</span><br><span>• Clear and concise documentation abilities.</span><br><span>• Eagerness to learn and grow in the Dynamics and Power Platform ecosystem.</span><br><span>• Team-oriented and open to feedback and mentorship.</span><br><span>Keywords:</span><br><span>Education: • Microsoft Certifications (preferred but not required):</span><br><br><span>PL-900: Power Platform Fundamentals</span></p>
