Solution Architect - Learning Applications

o Work with Scania Academy to capture new business demands and find suitable solutions
o Lead and represent Scania in the Architectural forum for an upcoming implementation project within Traton group
o Architectural design and documentation according to Scania Enterprise guardrails and target architecture
o understand the current architecture of our existing landscape and contribute to the target architecture development
o Create capability map for learning landscape using Scania tools
o Capture and document requirements and create technical documentation when needed

Required skills/experience:

o solution architecture within Learning/HR domain
o experience in modelling tools and LeanIX
o Good communication skills and proactive mindset
o Client and Stakeholder management experince in a large global environment
o Ability to engage and foster confidence in stakeholders at operational and strategic levels
o Good understanding on infrastructure, integrations, security and automation tools and technologies
o Fluent in English and Swedish

Good to have skills/experience:
o Scania Knowledge
o Experience with Azure authentication/SSO
o Experience working with Traton brands – MAN, Navistar, VW Truck and Bus
