QA Test professional with a shift left approach
Mårten is a skilled QA professional with experience from a wide range of roles and industries. Most recent as QA Coach and Test Automation Engineer in a MedTech scale-up where he is leading a QA support team focusing on test automation. He is working close with multiple product and engineering teams where he analyses the company needs to define and implement a company wide QA and test strategy. He is coaching engineers and stakeholders in best practices as well as being operationally hands-on in leading and coordinating test and release activities.
