Johan has extensive experience in project management, e-com & supply chain fulfillment, process and IT transformations and its leadership. With a strong focus and his ability to lead teams, business value is delivered aligned to business strategies and financial objectives. Johan is specialized in implementing business and IT driven initiatives with a target-oriented mindset. With a proven track of successful implementations, Johan  ensures delivery of the most critical capabilities to improve business performance according to stakeholder expectations.
For Bring and Posten Norge, Johan is currently responsible for the implementation of their fully automated e-commerce fulfillment service in Sweden, Norway and Denmark. The Nordic solution has three 50’ Autostore grids with robots, conveyors, carton erectors, packing machines and sorters. Prior the implementation phase, Johan was responsible for the strategy and establishment of operations within the fulfillment concept Bring Shelfless.
Previously, he held the role as project lead for Clas Ohlson’s largest supply chain and IT initiative from order to cash.
