Is part of a larger working group that has worked with a feasibility study in which CPQ solution the Sandvik Group should have globally. After this, there has been a phase of evaluation of different suppliers and thereafter an evaluation and implementation phase of selected suppliers is now underway. My role has been to lead and drive these processes in a selection of divisions from requirements collection, evaluation and contact with relevant suppliers. In this assignment, the focus has been on gaining a deep understanding of business understanding and sales processes in the various divisions. Intensive and exciting project with many workshops and telephone meetings with participants from many countries and different time zones.
Conducted a feasibility study on needs and expectations for CRM and loyalty work in the business. Is now leading the implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The assignment includes creating new and additional sales both in the physical store and in the e-com channel, as well as increasing customers' purchases in both channels. Has also developed tools for sales and customer service in store that are integrated in the CRM system.
Together with GANT´'s CRM team, we have worked on and set up customer journeys for data-driven marketing in Sweden and several European markets. This applies to both sales-driving and loyalty-creating activities and their system is Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Ongoing follow-up of sales and effect of created activities.

Develop CRM work around private leasing and car loans. Together with a team from the marketing department, analysis and IT, we built up a process that, with algorithms with customer data, would provide dynamic customer processing when it's time to change cars. This program was developed in collaboration with VGS (the brands within the Volkswagen group). This is to increase the degree of renewal of financial products. The assignment also includes driving and following up sales of financial products through resellers for the various brands within VGS (Volkswagen group Sweden).
Provided companies and organizations with advice to get maximum return on their CRM investments. Independent consultant in system selection from feasibility study to system selection and implementation. Focus was on Marketing Automation, CRM and UX. Peeter was responsible for creating processes that improved results and ensured satisfied customers.
