This was a temporary position as Web & Marketing Coordinator for Sweden, Norway and Denmark at Pearson Assessment. Emelie was the system manager for e-commerce and digital marketing, created ads, manuals and documentation of ongoing and completed projects. Together with her colleague she was responsible for the marketing budget and planning of activities. Her responsibilities also included development and improvement of website and e-commerce, both individually and together with external company. Her proudest moment during her time at Pearson was a product launch where they reached the sales target more than one month before the deadline.

Implementation of a new CRM-system together with IT-department and CRM technical developer. She did all internal training for approximately 70 users, supported them on daily basis with all their issues (for 3 countries), made tutorials for users to make it easier for them to learn the system and together with the developer they made adjustment to improve the system. She also supported the Marketing and Sales department with segment selections from the CRM, forecast and KPI reports and worked close to the Data Cleansing Team which were responsible for data quality.
Responsible for marketing the company's divisions in Industrial Weighing and Product Inspection. The tasks were both independent and in collaboration with the Business Area Managers and Nordic sales department. Emelie also worked part time at the company's IT-department and took care of the CRM-system. Main responsibilities were: administration, support and development of SuperOffice CRM, internal training of CRM, maintenance of website, digital marketing, IT-support and software installation.
