A two sided role one with CRM where I liaisoned with the UK head department of Finance and IT, The other part of my work was towards the Swedish organization called Time Care AB. Task included managing the CRM and business systems, improving processes, data/BI extracts, daily administrative tasks in the system, educating sales team, consultants, marketing, development team, management, finance on how to use the system in an efficient way. Data reconciliation was a big part of my role where I corrected previous errors that were made during migrations from earlier versions of CRM software. I acted as a controller to make sure that the financials/contracts were put in correctly into the business systems. Mainly CRM to avoid revenue leakage and capture all necessary information. I enjoyed working with all stakeholders and developed a good functioning relationship with them to make sure the business was running smoothly, and that we captured all sales deals.
- Responsible for contract and invoicing for Sweden, service contract administration, responsible of data quality of contracts entered and of whole installed base.
Maintaining correct SLAs in system. Making sure work done in organization lead to correct invoicing and closure of the job provided to customer.
