■ Authored a pre-study analysis allowing SHB to reduce cost by +20 mSEK compared to the original concept. ■ Deciphered and successfully navigated the constantly changing and unfinalized project approval and financing process. ■ Identified, obtained approval and initiated implementation of an automated fund reporting solution with limited resources and under substantial time pressure.

Monyx strived to transform its business model due to external drivers. Although the AuM increased, the transformation process also brought cost pressure, turbulence, as well as staff turnover, and ultimately Monyx was divided into subcomponents of which some were sold. Andreas shouldered a constant change in responsibilities and admittingly being a treacherous journey, the time at Monyx resulted in a multitude of lessons and skills. ■ Initiated the development of the first company subsidiary in Stockholm. ■ Performed business development activities, including cold-calling, and acquired significant customers. ■ Employed, managed and terminated the employment of local staff. ■ Performed on project and interim consultancy tasks primarily focusing on services regarding the utilization of SimCorp Dimension.
The Swiss office was at the time the most recent of SimCorps branches, rapidly growing and employing new junior and senior consultants.
